To order EasyConnect services, please select
items step by step.
EasyConnect offers 3 feature packages to meet your unique calling needs.
Each monthly plan includes unlimited local calling. Long distance calls are at
low rates.
Getting started
Getting started with EasyConnect is easy! You will need:
- A broadband Internet connection (DSL, cable, T1, or satellite)
- A
Sipura telephone adapter and A standard telephone (cordless or wired)
- Or an i2001 IP phone
- An EasyConnect account and phone number
First please select phone/adaptor purchase or rental.
Each adaptor can have two independent phone lines. If rental,
you will pay quarterly.
Then select the calling plan and pay quarterly in advance. Each plan
has one phone number included. If you need two independent phone lines, select
two same or different phone planes.
Select ADDON for additional phone numbers, any area codes or toll-free
number for the same plan, porting your old phone number to your new plan, etc.

Once you receive your telephone or adapter, setup is simple. Follow the
connection instructions of the telephone or adapter to connect to your broadband
modem or local area network.
Out of plan charge
Out of plan usage charge will be in your next bill if not more than $20 or you
will be notified if usage is over $20.
Billing
EasyConnect is a prepaid service, so you will not receive a bill in the mail. Each
quarter you will be charged the price of the plan you selected.
Long distance and overage calls will be charged at the end of
your current quarterly cycle or when the amount of these calls exceeds $20.00
,
whichever comes first.
